I have put together the letters to be sent to our sponsors. This 30 represent those that have been sponsors before and we hope they continue. Crystal will take them to the Post Office tomorrow for me and hopefully we will be hearing back from our sponsors within the next week.
So far we have ten coach pitch and two tee-ball coaches preregistered. Thank you to those who take the time and volunteer to coach. We still need a lot more tee-ball coaches and a few more coach pitch coaches. If you know anyone who might coach please ask them and send them to our website.
Another reminder, Pony League registrations start this Saturday from 10AM-1PM at the Brooklyn Firehouse. $20 for one child and $35 for a family.

Printable Registration Form is Online
I have placed a printable version of our registration form online. Feel free to mail in your registration with a check or pre-fill it and bring it to registration day at the Brooklyn Firehouse.

All days are 10AM - 1 PM.
We have a new volunteer joining us, Crystal Fultz. Crystal has been helping me with proofreading and gathering information to help make the process go a lot smoother. If anyone else in interested in volunteering feel free to contact us.
Another note, our ad has officially appeared in the Sentinel Newspaper. I would like to thank them for providing this free service to us.
I have been working on a new logo to use on all our documents. It has not been made final yet, so if you have any input let me know. Check it out here.

Getting Back On Track
The lack of updates lately was due to illness. I am feeling much better now and time for me to get back to work.
We have the insurance ready and the Derry Township fields are officially taken care. Chris has taken care of getting registrations forms copied and ready for our first day of registrations, which by the way is February 28.
I need to catch-up on our sponsors. I will be creating a sponsor agreement form, a letter to our sponsors, and printable registration form to place on our web-site.

Coach Registration Form Online
I have placed the coach registration form online. If you wish to coach a team in either tee-ball or coach-pitch, then fill out this form.
We want to get coaches lined up as soon as possible. If you coached a team the previous year that you would like to coach again, then use the comment section to specify this request.

I added a link to our blog and our calendar onto our homepage.
I also added a tools section to the homepage that will contain tools for coaches, players and parents. Eventually I want to move this off to it's own stand-alone page.
Under "Photo Gallery" I added a media library section where I will try to keep slideshow videos of MCPL players in action. Currently I have one from my team last year, City Rescue, just to give you an idea.

Mark is working on lining up everything we need to get for our fund-raiser this season. He is trying to order the candy so the kids will have more time to sell the candy bars this year.
Mark is also working on bidding-out our shirt and hat orders this year. He is trying to get the kids nicer hats.
Matt is working on a sponsor agreement to use with our sponsors. On Monday we should be getting the official list of our sponsors and we plan to meet one-on-one with most of them if we can. We also want to discuss using our web presence to help out our sponsors. If a sponsor has a web-site we want to link to them. If they have a business card we can add it as a rotating banner on our site. Our sponsors really help in keeping this league alive and we want to help them as much as we can.
