It has been so busy getting this season together that I haven't had time to post in a while. It all is starting to pay off as we get our season started and kids get a chance to break in those gloves for a little b-ball.
Our fund raiser is a little different this year. We had to increase the price from $1.00 per candy bar to $1.50. Make sure you get your money to your coaches in due time, so they can turn it in on April 19th. Each coach will need to turn in a check made out to "MCPL" for $624.00 at the April 19th meeting in order to get their uniforms.
Saturday April 4th will be a volunteer work day. Anyone who wishes to help please be down at Derry Township Community Park at the Pony League Baseball fields at 9:00 AM. If you have any tools that could help us (saws, drills, etc..) please bring them. We will be fixing dugouts and bleachers as well as painting them.
I am sure there is a lot more to write about, but I am tired. I will try to post more as soon as I can. Now let's get out on those fields and have some fun.

It's pretty hard to sell candy bars for $1.50 that you can buy for $.50 or less especially when there are others selling them for $1.00. I don't believe you should have to pay for them if you can't sell them, you should be able to give back what is not sold.
